FAR Out Transcription is a small transcription service based in the Central Florida area (Cocoa to be exact).

Far Out Transcription started as a home-based business with only one transcriptionist (Traci Lutter, CMT). That was over 10 years ago.

Over the years, Traci has been able to build on her expertise, and has built a strong company with a very strong committment to customer service and information security. All of our highly qualified transcriptionists agree to abide by the standards set forth by the American Association for Medical Transcription, and are committed to ensuring 100 percent compliance with HIPAA regulations. Our client base includes individual doctors, growing practices, and even government agencies.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT.
Our company is only as good as the individuals working for our company. Our transcriptionists are all highly qualified, and generally have over 3 years proven experience in medical transcription. Many of our transcriptionists are members of the American Association for Medical Transcription, and hold prominent positions within their local chapters.

What makes us different from many of the other transcription companies is our reliance on U.S. based transcriptionists. We do not send our work overseas. For this reason, we may not be the cheapest transcription service out there, but our work is far superior and can be relied upon for correct grammar and accuracy.
